We correct meaningful factual, cultural, attribution, and accessibility errors clearly and promptly after review.

How corrections work

1. A human reviewer checks the report against the registered sources.
2. The transcript and source notes are updated when a correction is needed.
3. A dated note is added below so families can see what changed.
4. If audio could mislead listeners, publication pauses until it is reviewed.
